Handling time

We normally allow between two to four days handling time, this will allow us to ensure that your item is in stock, if it is not, items will be made to order. While we try to achieve next day shipping, there are some times due to order volumes that this isn't able to be achieved. If you require the item urgently, please email us at sales@australiancookiecutters.com.au and we will try to accommodate.

During sales or holiday periods, our two to four day handling time may be increased to up to 7 days from our warehouse.  

Shipping Costs

The price of shipping that Australian Cookie Cutters charge are listed below. Our packages are normally posted with Australia Post.

Standard Parcel - $10.50

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders below $60, all orders above this amount will be eligible for free shipping. Items are posted from Sydney, depending on the location of the buyer, most parcels are delivered within 3-7 business days. 

Express Parcel - $15.00

We offer flat rate Express shipping for all orders below $100, all orders above this amount will be eligible for free Express shipping. Items are posted from Sydney, depending on the location of the buyer, most parcels are delivered within 2-4 business days.

Express postage option is for quicker shipping times only. While we try our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible, during holiday periods, the handling time may be increased.

Free Postage

We offer free standard postage on orders over $60 and free Express shipping on orders over $100.

Rush Order - $20.00

We offer next day rush order shipping for all orders. Please note this just means your order will get shipped the next business day, meaning orders purchased over the weekends, will be sent on Monday. Items are posted from Sydney, depending on the location of the buyer, most parcels are delivered within 2-4 business days. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

As a guideline, Australia post normally allows 3-7 business days for standard parcel. For Express parcels, the guideline is approximately 2-4 business days.  Please be aware that this dates may be longer if items are being posted to a rural or remote area.

All orders are posted from Sydney via Australia post, and as such we are unable to guarantee delivery dates or times. Once your item has left our warehouse, we have no control over possible external issues that may arise. While we do our best to ensure that your items are delivered within a reasonable timeframe, there may be external issues that may result in your deliveries being received late. Australian Cookie Cutters are not liable for any late deliveries but will assist you if able. Please order your items before they are needed to avoid any issues that may occur. 

Do you offer International Shipping?

We ship to United States of America, Canada, Europe, UK, Singapore, & New Zealand. If you require postage to other countries, please feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.
